Dino Belamarić
Dino Belamarić is an architect from Zagreb where he graduated architecture and urban planning at the University of Zagreb. During 2012-2016, he worked for several architectural offices, including njiric+ arhitekti, hpnj+, brigada* and 3LHD. During that period he was mainly focused on problem solving related to architectural design, collaborating on urban development projects such as “Camp B: University campus Zagreb” within njiric+ arhitekti and “Waterfront reconstruction: Jelsa 2020” within hpnj+. His particular focus lies with developing and setting up sustainable solutions to the ongoing challenges of achieving spatial and social justice. Since 2016, he continuously specializes in design services, primarily concerning mediation between often polarized positions of various parties (public vs. private – collective vs. individual) involved in the conception, implementation and maintenance of architectural and urban schemes. As an author and co-author he collaborates with various professionals and organizations, dealing mostly with urbanistic research practice in the country: research projects, lectures, studies, articles and publications, exhibitions and art installations and workshops.
